Fixed Star Algol
Astrology and spiritual meaning fixed star Algol
The fixed star Caput Algol (Demon’s Head) situated in the constellation Perseus, 95 light years from Earth. An eclipsing binary star, Algol appears to “wink” as it releases a mischievous and destructive energy… seeking release in all manner of violence and brutality.
Considered the unluckiest star in the sky, Algol has been associated with death by decapitation, as referred to in the myth of the hero Perseus and his victory of the snaked-haired Gorgon Medusa. However on the bright side, if the energy of Algol is channeled and controlled consciously, then it offers intelligence and strength although with a tendency to deceive. Practice caution, good judgment and patience… otherwise you could just possibly “lose your head”. © Crystal Gaze
